Anglesea Capital sets up a specific joint venture for each thematic programme of investment, and co-invests as a minority investor, with the majority of capital coming from our chosen joint venture partner. We work with a range of investors, depending on where an investment sits on the risk/return spectrum. This allows us to be flexible towards assets under management, and to remain agile to capitalise on new opportunities versus an inherent bias towards accumulating and keeping assets. The co-investment capital is provided by the Anglesea Capital team, which provides investors with reassurance that we are aligned with their interests.
