Anglesea Logistics Partnerships committed to forward fund the speculative development of Angle 325 in a strategic partnership with Goodman Logistics UK and Lone Star Funds. Angle 325 was the first of three speculative assets due to be completed in a partnership set to deliver over 900,000 sq ft of prime Logistics space throughout the UK.

Anglesea Capital successfully pre-let Angle 325 to No Ordinary Designer Label Limited, the group behind lifestyle brand Ted Baker, immediately validating the decision to commit an investment of £25 million at Derby Commercial Park.

The property was purchased as part of a portfolio in 2015 with joint venture partner Lone Star Funds. It was leased to Wincanton Holdings Limited who were no longer operational from the site and highly likely to operate their pending break option. The Tradeteam business of DHL did not have security of occupation at their current operational site in Gloucester, due to pending
re-development. Anglesea Capital concluded simultaneous discussions with Wincanton to extinguish their occupational exposure and with DHL to re-locate to the site. Anglesea secured a 10 year term certain to DHL, ensuring continuity of income and mitigating any potential void.
